Happy Thanksgiving: Your Complete Ordering Guide to a Little Rock Holiday Feast

In need of a little assistance this Thanksgiving? Well, whether you’re looking for someone to cook the turkey, bake a cake, or make all the sides … one thing is for certain, this guide has you covered!
The Pie Hole: Lauren Harrison at The Pie Hole is taking orders for pick-up on the Wednesday, November 26th. She’s making all varieties, with the most popular being pumpkin cheesecake, pecan, chocolate pecan, caramel apple crumb and her pumpkin whoopie pies. The Pie Shop at Terry’s Finer Foods: Check out Jacquelyn Pittman’s Thanksgiving pie menu: pumpkin ($24), brown butter pecan ($28), French apple ($32), dark chocolate meringue ($32), coconut cream ($30). Call 501-663-4152.
Terry’s Finer Foods: Terry’s also has a variety of savory options available to order: 32-oz turkey dressing ($10.99), 32-oz green bean casserole ($10.99)and sweet potato casserole ($10.99) just to name a few. Pick-up by noon on Wednesday, November 26th. Call 501-663-4152.
Sweet Love: Kelli Marks has plenty of pies available, including bourbon pecan ($20), classic pumpkin, peanut butter, or chocolate silk ($25 each), as well as sweet potato, cranberry apple, and Nutella varieties. She’ll also be preparing trays of dressing ($20/$40). The dressing is cornbread based with chicken, celery, onion and egg with traditional seasoning  and will be provided “ready to bake”.  If pies aren’t your thing, sugar cookies are $24/dozen. Everything should be preordered by Friday, November 21st.
Hillcrest Artisan Meats: H.A.M. is selling Falling Sky Farm and Freckle Face Farm pastured turkeys at $5.25 per pound. They will also brine and smoke the bird for an extra $20. There’s a $25 deposit on the turkey (with the rest paid at time of pick-up). Chickens and ducks are also available, and H.A.M. even has a great selection of pantry items like organic potatoes, yams, pork lard and duck fat. Franke’s Cafeteria: Classic Turkey Dinners start at $83.02 and include half turkey breast, dressing, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, rolls, and one pumpkin pie (feeds 6-8). Click here and go to “Take Home.”
Brown Sugar Bakeshop: BSB is accepting orders for old-fashioned, Southern-inspired bundt cakes in lots of flavors, including caramel, strawberry, vanilla butter and lemon, as well as layer cakes, cobblers, pies and cheesecakes. Prices and ordering info can be found at brownsugarbakeshop.com.
Geek Eats: Geek Eats has 32-oz containers of hummus for sale at the Hillcrest Farmers Market and the AFLN. Please message or email (GeekEatsLR@gmail.com) to special order. Will make a great appetizer before the big spread!

Katie Connally Confections: Holiday items for ordering include pumpkin pie, sweet potato pie, traditional yeast rolls (party pan size feeds 8 -10), frosted bourbon balls, frosted rum balls, specialty pans of bourbon brownies and amaretto brownies, plus already baked pans of yellow cornbread for your dressing/stuffing. Thanksgiving orders need to be in by Friday, November 21th.
The Pantry: One of Little Rock’s top restaurants will have its whole cheesecakes available to order for Thanksgiving. Get orders in early, as the restaurant will be making a limited quantity. Just call The Pantry West location at 501-353-1875.
Big Orange and Local Lime: For Local Lime pies, please contact HolidayPies@LocalLimeTaco.com for ordering information. The last day to order is November 20th (3pm) and the last day to pick up is November 26th (5pm). Offerings include: Key lime pie with spiced chantilly cream, fresh squeezed Key lime juice, lime zest, cinnamon, and brown sugar/graham cracker crust ($34), bourbon pecan pie ($36) and s’mores pie ($36). At Big Orange West and Midtown locations, the contact information and deadlines are the same as above. Offerings include: salted caramel apple pie ($34), bourbon pecan pie ($36) and s’mores pie ($36).

They will be in our shop on Friday the 21st and we’ll immediately start making the aromatic brine and stuffing. The big birds will brine over the weekend- then we will get them ready for the smoker and to receive the stuffing (exact ingredients TBD, thinking apples, sage and cornbread).
