The Argenta Arts Foundation has announced the 2015 Argenta Arts Festival winners. Three prizes are awarded in the annual art festival of $1,500, $1,000, and $500.
First place and $1,500 was won by mixed media artist Kandy Jones of North Little Rock. Second place and $1,000 was awarded to Sage Holland of Fox, AR. Third place and $500 went to Jeff Waddle of Little Rock.
This year’s judges included Arkansas Arts Council member Mildred Franco and Little Rock artists Kevin Kresse and Guy Bell.
The Argenta Arts Foundation (AAF) is a 501 c (3) local arts agency. The mission of the AAF agency is to produce arts and cultural events, to provide grant and marketing support to other arts based organizations and to advocate for art, education and economic development in the Argenta Arts Foundation.
